Ground floor apartments offer large terraces up to 55 sqm and first and second floors have private sun roofs up to 20-25 sqm with stunning sea views. Semidetached houses of 74 sqm totally furniture. The ground floor consists of a porch (with vehicle access), living-cum-dining room, separate kitchen, toilet and a garden . The first floor has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and terrace. The top floor of the houses is laid out with a sun roof so that the residents of each house can have their own private sunny spot with excellent views. Built in 2008.
