The home sits on a south facing home site overlooking a nice lake with fountain feature within a gated community. The Great Room has stylish furniture that includes an entertainment center that holds a 61” television, DVD player and stereo. There are 2 comfortable full size sofas with matching coffee tables. The room also gives a spectacular view of the pool area and lake beyond through the 16ft wide sliding doors. All 3 bedrooms are elegantly furnished. The Master is fitted with a King bed with traditional matching furniture. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed with modern matching furniture that is highlighted by a beautiful bay window. Bedroom 3 has Twin beds with palm themed furniture. All 3 bedrooms have walk in closets. The Kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances inc glass top range and side by side refrigerator with water & ice dispenser. The pool area has a huge covered lanai, paver deck and a roman style heated pool with plenty of deck space for loungers.

Ideally located to access Marco island and Naples. Marco and its famous beaches are an approximate 10 minute drive. Downtown Naples and the upscale 5th Avenue area is a 15-20 minute drive. Within a few minutes of the home you will find a good array of shops and restaurants including a new Super Walmart (for everything!), Publix for groceries and Carrubas Italian Restaurant. You are also superbly located to take advantage of the Everglades. The home contains many brochures and guides of all the local attractions and many places to visit during your stay.
