The Villa was built in the 16th century in an ideal location and now surrounded by 3 hectares of private land, including a beautiful Italian garden and picnic area, a swimming pool with sun terrace, and a religious chapel. Thanks to these features, Villa Erbaia is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday.

Villa Erbaia is located in the heart of Mugello, an area which offers a wide range of activities, and also serves as an ideal starting point for exploring Tuscany. A 30 minute drive through the hillside will take you to Florence, and in only an hour, you can arrive at cities such as Pisa, Siena, or Lucca.Its close proximity to Lake Bilancino (3km) gives the opportunity to engage in a number of athletic activities, for example, sailing, skiing, windsurfing, and fishing, as well as the use of various beaches during the warmer months. The Villa is fully immersed in the countryside, offering its guests the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings by means of walking trails and outings on horseback. Within minutes by car one can find both the famous Golf Club Poggio dei Medici (host of the Italian Open) and the Autodrome of Mugello. In addition, each of the surrounding villages is of medieval origin and offers beautiful renaissance art and history.

    A refundable security deposit of 1.500,00 is required for rental of whole villa. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of the stay provided that there is no damage to the property or furnishing.
