Four bedroom villa with a spacious 250m2 interior over two floors, complimented by a large terraced area and private garden for relaxed outdoor living and entertaining. The open plan living areas inside extend naturally to the private garden and heated swimming. On the ground floor there is an open plan living and dining area, a spacious kitchen, a WC, the first of the four double bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor you will find the remaining three bedrooms (one double, two twins), two bathrooms (one ensuite) and a terrace / balcony from two of the bedrooms. Outside there is a barbeque, dining for eight people and a private swimming pool with sunloungers for four people. This elegant, architect-designed dwelling is located within the tranquil setting of the Westin CampoReal Golf Resort & Spa. The resort is conveniently located 30 minutes north of Lisbon and within 20 minute of the beaches on the Silver Coast.

Lisbon, within 30 minutes (by car), offers world-class museums, galleries, shopping, restaurants and a brilliant nightlight. Par-que das Nações, originally the site of Expo 98, has become a new focus for Lisbon and offers an excellent day out for the family or the shopaholics among us. Nearby, ancient monuments, castles, churches, convents and forts offer excellent sight-seeing opportunities. A short drive will take you to the historic walled town of Obidos, dating back to 308BC and in Mafra, you’ll find the largest palace in Portugal.

Two of the upper floor bedrooms open out onto balconies with views over the pool and surrounding areas. Each bedroom is fitted with high quality bedroom furniture and bedroom linen. Each bedroom also includes wardrobes with hanging space and storage drawers. I just want to let you know that this villa is excellent . It is very clean , comfrortable , luxurious , well equipped and the location and surroundings are magnificent. I would recommend this villa to anyone. Just a small hiccup on departure. We were overcharged for towels and sheets . This was easily rectified and certainly would not take away from the overall enjoyment we had here . Definitely would recommend this

Perfect holidays near Lisbon

The property is perfect. New, clean and very well maintained (house, garden and swiming-pool). We liked the location because it is near the cost (with many beaches), near many beautyful towns (Alcobaça, Caldas de Rainha, Sintra, Cascais...) and near Lisbon. The weather in this area is also good (not very hot and not cold). For us it has been a very nice holiday. We would repeat.

Fantastic holiday villa. Spacious, well maintained & tastefully decorated. Facilities are first rate. Lots of activities available in the resort. Ideal for a very relaxing holiday. Location is an ideal base for touring area north of Lisbon, several small villages/towns within 45 minutes drive of villa.
