This large apartment is situated in an exclusive place direct over the beach of fine sand with even slope without any traffic and is therefore very suitable for children. This apartment offers with about 90 square meters place for 6 persons. It has three sleeping rooms with two single beds each, a large and comfortable living/dining room, TV, splendid balcony with panoramic views of the sea and beach. The kitchen is equipped with a four plats cooker, microwave cooker combined with convection, fridge, coffee maker, thermo can, water cooker, and washing machine. New bathing room, air conditioning.

Vilanlova i la Geltrú is a city about 7 km to the south of Sitges; the well known and vibrant holiday resort facing the Mediterranean Sea. Beside its large beaches there are the yachting club and the fisher harbour with daily auctions. The long promenade along the beach invites for pleasurable strolls and who wants can walk on the rocks near the sea. There are also a great number of restaurants with specialities of fish dishes. Beside the shopping streets there is the weekly market. With the excellent communication by train, a trip to the beautiful Barcelona is always interesting. Recreational activities: Fishing with hooks, bathing, biking, hiking, inline skating, sailing, surfing, tennis, mini-golf, water ski, surf riding and more.

A Piece of Paradise

What a beautiful apartment. Right overlooking the beautiful sandy beach. We stayed for a week in the middle of September and the weather was beautiful but all the visitors had gone and it was very quiet. We enjoyed strolling along the beach and the promenade. It was very relaxing. The apartment is well outfitted and the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating and was only ever a phonecall away if we needed help. We took day trips to Barcelona, Sitges and also Montserrat by train. We would definitely recommend the apartment to others. The only drawback when we were there was they started taking away the beach bars, and boat rentals on the 15th of September as the season was now over. It is a bit of a walk to the nearest supermarket but it was good exercise and there are buses which seem to come quite regularly.
We had the best meal in a small restaurant (French) at the end of the main walking street on the lefthand side near the bottom. It was fabulous and the host was wonderful. What more can we say except enjoy this piece of paradise.

Super gepflegte Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand!

Ein großes Kompliment an die Vermieterin! Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Angaben auf der Homepage des Vermieters stimmen mit dem, was wir vorgefunden haben, völlig überein. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und verfügt über eine reichhaltige Ausstattung, die kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf die Promenade, sowie auf den schönen Sandstrand und das Meer. Die Wohnung liegt am Ende der Promenade ruhig und direkt am Strand, also kein Straße dazwischen. Der Strand und die Promenade sind sehr sauber. Villanova selbst kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen oder mit dem Bus, der unmittelbar in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung hält. Villanova ist ein gemütliches Städtchen mit einer schönen Innenstadt, Restaurants, Cafés und einem Hafen. Auch Barcelona ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Die sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin betreut auf Wunsch sehr umfangreich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein.
Wir haben Freunden dieses Domizil bereits weiterempfohlen.
Summa summarum: Immer wieder ein Reiseziel für uns!!!

Sonnenaufgänge am Meer,

Badespaß und viel Spanisches Leben haben wir im Oktober, bei noch immer sommerlichen Temperaturen, genossen. Ausländische Touristen sieht man nur wenige zu dieser Zeit. Vilanova verbindet Strandurlaub mit gemütlicher spanischer Hafenstadt, incl. Rambla, Cafes und vielen Geschäften.
Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt und freuten uns über die Sauberkeit und Austattung, und natürlich über den herrlichen Meerblick. Vielen Dank Frau K. für die schöne Zeit und wir sehen uns hoffentlich bald wieder.

Wir haben uns auf die Bewertungen der bisherigen Mieter verlassen, und sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Wir sind sehr gut betreut worden, auf einen Anruf reagierte Frau K. sofort.Hat uns sehr gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Fühlten uns sehr schnell heimisch.
Einziges Manko: Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock, ohne Aufzug. Ist geräumig, in der Küche alles soweit vorhanden.Das größte Lob das man aussprechen kann: wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder! Alles Gute für Sie Frau K.!!
