The Andriana Exclusive Resort is a privately owned complex located in the beautiful village of Pegeia (Peyia) near Paphos in Cyprus, with the facilities of a five star hotel. The accommodation sleeps 6 people and is a 2 bedroom fully equipped luxury penthouse apartment with air conditioning and two veranda’s. Well finished and furnished with fine oak and leather furniture, and all required utilities. The apartment has both North and South facing views with two verandas over viewing the complex, so you can always see your friends and family. It has scenic views of the surrounding mountains and a rear aspect view over a ravine to view the beautiful Coral Bay coastline. Central location & 15 minute walk to village centre. The communal facilities include: a large swimming pool, medium pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, poolside bar, changing rooms, WC’s and showers, sauna, gym and games room with landscaped gardens.

With three ATM banks, supermarkets, JJ’s sports bar has free WiFi and the best view of the Paphos district, and you can find tennis courts, go karting, and a bird sanctuary and horse riding near Pegeia. The incredible Pegeia Sea Caves are a spectacle to see and the famous Coral Bay is a vibrant village with restaurants shops and boutiques; it has a must see coastline and amazing beach, the best in Cyprus. Pegeia & Coral Bay are only 20 minutes from Paphos Harbour and 30 minutes from Paphos Airport. Pegeia is also the summer retreat of the England football captain.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Reservations -
    You will need to make a 20% deposit to firm up the reservation.
    The remaining balance is required 8 weeks prior to occupation; the final booking is not confirmed until the funds have cleared. This period is to allow for any delays in making payment and to allow time to re-advertise should the reservation be cancelled.
    A receipt will be supplied for all cleared payments
  • Refunds & Cancellation -
    The deposit sum is non refundable, this will be used to re-advertise the property to replace the cancellation.
    The remaining balance will be refunded with proof of a receipt as follows:
    56+ days Full booking balance less deposit
    29-56 days 50 per cent of balance less deposit
    15-28 days 25 per cent of balance less deposit
    1-14 days 10 per cent of balance less deposit
    0 Nothing refunded
    Should a cancellation be required the owner will initially offer an alternate week(s) or apartment.

    If for any reason the owner needs to make a cancellation the full balance of all cleared payments will be refunded.
  • Security Deposit -
    An additional security deposit of £100 is required. This is refunded within two weeks of your departure subject to a satisfactory apartment inspection and is required to cover the cost of any damage or breakages of crockery, glass etc. Deduction for replacements will be made by the management company and remaining balance refunded.
    The security deposit is fully refundable in the case of a cancellation
    You will need to provide your travel insurance policy number and provider prior to occupation.

Additional Services & Support:: I have a management company for the apartment in Pegeia; they can provide an airport collection service. Please let me know if you require this service. I would recommend it because it is cheaper than a taxi from the airport, and they can run through the operation of all utilities in the apartment with you, and provide useful information of places to visit. If you plan to travel around I have found it cheaper to hire a car for the day then taking a taxi. I have negotiated with Cypriot car hire companies for 'Local' not tourist rates; are you planning to hire a car? If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

Ski: It is possible to ski in the Troodos mountains during winter months, you would need to check season and snow fall before booking.

We booked this apartment and were the first to use it! It was lovely, immaculately clean and very well presented. The kitchen is well equipped and you can enjoy the view whilst you wash up!

The owner has gone to a lot of trouble to include as much information as he can find about the apartment, the immediate area and further afield. It was most useful.

A couple of points of useful information. It is definitely less suitable for the infirm because of steps but that has already been pointed out by the owner. There wasn't a hair dryer but that has been rectified I hear.

All in all, a good experience at this very nice apartment.
