Old vineyard, Fontales land has become a place for holidays. Though it has been restored, charm and authenticity of the ancient buildings were preserved adding comfort of the modern accommodation. It is a land of 6.177 acres with a park, a playing area, a fenced 7x14 pool (1.20 m depth), 2 houses and 3 gites. All the inhabitants can take advantage of the facilities that are here for them. Fields and vineyards around offer a quiet and relaxing environment. In summer we organize BBQ evenings by the pool, evenings out, baby-sitting services and picnic baskets. Each gite is well equipped so as you can have a very pleasant stay.

A 200 m² gite, very spacious has just been fully restored with stones and exposed beams. On ground floor there is an entry with a cloakroom and a WC, a large living room with kitchen area, dining room and sitting room with an inset. The whole room leads to the garden equipped with tables, chairs and barbeque. Upstairs, a skylight in the living room and passageway all around leads to the 3 bedrooms. One of them has a mezzanine and an ensuite bathroom. Another bathroom can be accessed via the 2 other bedrooms. The gite can sleep up to 10 persons comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped : dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, 3 induction burners, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster. Rates include rental rates, all the costs and the cleaning at the end of the stay.

Between Narbonne and Toulouse and close to the famous city of Carcassonne, the location of the land enables the guests to practice many cultural, sports, gourmet or relaxing activities : rafting, canyoning, hiking, climbing, canopying, visits of Cathar châteaux or museums, thermal springs, golf, wine tastings, caves visits, caves crossings, space city visit or dinosaur museum for the young ones, discover of the Canal du Midi by boat or cycling. Lovely marked hikings start from the villages around. We also are 1 h from the first beaches, ski slopes in winter and from Perpignan. 5 min from the gite are the commodities : 2 supermarkets, doctors, post office, market on Wednesdays in Bram, banks, bakeries, butchers, chemist's, bookshops.
