Enjoy the pool on our sunny patio and the comfortable climate of Florida. Ideal for sun lovers: the patio has a south-west location! The large dock invites you to have evening drinks with the sunset. The rental of a boat is possible. Boat lift available. Otherwise, our house offers all comforts: spacious and light living room, spacious reading corner, fully equipped kitchen with an elegant dining area, view of the pool area and the lovely designed garden. For 6 people, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites and 3 bathrooms are available. There is enough laundry available. Beach toys, beach chairs, etc. are located in the garage. And for those who cannot live without internet, there is also a high speed connection and laptop available, along with a telephone and fax machine. Our TV connection includes cable and 'Deutsche-Welle' TV.

In a few minutes drive you can reach the beach of Cape Coral, the beaches in Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva can be reached in 20 to 40 minutes. A lot of golf courses are located in the nearby area.

The kitchen equipment includes the refrigerator and freezer with an ice machine, microwave, ceramic cooking range, household devices and enough dishes. The pool has solar heating. A large gas grill with accessories is available. The pool area is equipped with comfortable furniture: large table, chairs for 6 people (more chairs for guests can be found in the garage) and 6 lawn chairs. Beach chairs are also available for your excursions to the beaches.

More information:: Our house is located in a very peaceful residential area. The proximity of the shopping facilities like Walmart, Pubix, Coral-Wood-Mall, etc. contribute to the comfort. The famous shopping centers like Edison-Mall, Page Field-Mall, etc. can be reached in a few minutes through the Midpoint Bridge. A drive to the Miromar-Outlet shops cannot be missed and you can get there in about 20 minutes through the Interstate 75. Fort Myers Beach can be reached in about 20 minutes and you can get to the dream beaches of Sanibel and Captiva in about 40 minutes. An excursion to Naples is recommendable, it is a beautiful city with exclusive shops.

Care and house management:: On site, you will be cared for by our German-speaking management service. Upon arrival, you will receive house instructions, also by questions about your holiday location, like restaurants, shopping malls or sightseeing tours, we would be happy to give you information. Upon agreement, we can pick you up at the airport and bring you back for your departure. Upon request, a cleaning service for periodic cleaning can be organized.

Sport options in the nearby area:: Motorboat rides: boat dock by the house, rental of the boat upon request! Swimming, biking, we have bikes available, inline skating, bowling, fishing, deep sea fishing. On the beaches, all types of water sports are offered, like jet-skiing, para-sailing, water skiing, sailing, surfing and diving.

Golf: Florida is known as a golfer's paradise and can keep up with Cape Coral. More than 5 wonderful, tropically arranged golf courses are located in Cape Coral and the surrounding area.

Other Activities: It is a lot of fun exploring the surrounding area with the free rental bikes.

Wir haben dieses Haus im August 2009 gemietet und es hat
alle unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt.Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, das alle Schlafräume seperate Badezimmer hatten.
Das Haus ist sauber und gut gepflegt,nett eingerichtet
und für alle Computer Fans steht ein voll ausgestatter PC zur
Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb
weniger Minuten zu erreichen.Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit
wieder buchen und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Die Lage ist perfekt, bei der Ausstattung mangelt es an Nichts, die Sauberkeit vorbildlich und der Zustand der Villa mehr als gepflegt, dieses Haus hat all unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Wir wurden vom Vermieter, freundlich, hiflsbereit, korrekt und zuvorkommend informiert. Falls es uns wieder einmal in diese Gegend ziehen wird, werden wir genau dieses Haus wieder mieten. Bis dahin können wir es nicht nur unseren Freunden sondern jedem bestens empfehlen. Wir sind überzeugt sie werden geanu so begeistert sein wie wir. Dieses Haus wird auch bei Ihnen für eine wundervolle Zeit und unvergessliche Ferien in Cape Coral beitragen.

Traum-Uralub kein Traum in dieser Ferien-Villa

Die Abbildungen zeigen nicht ganz den wahren Charme und Wohlfühlgehalt, den man in diesem Feriendomizil erleben kann und wird. Man fühlt sich sofort zuhause, alles ist bis ins kleinste liebevoll eingerichtet, schlicht es: mangelt an nichts. Wir hatten das große Vergnügen schon zweimal hier Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen und es war mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal! Die ruhige Lage ist ebenso optimal zum Ausspannen und einfach Seele baumeln lassen, wie auch um Ausflüge zu den fantastischen Golfstränden in Fort Myers, den wunderschönen Inseln Sanibel und Captiva und natürlich in die Everglades zu machen. Auch shoppen geht hier ganz prima in den Outlets oder der Edison Mall. Also kurz und gut, einfach super zum Urlaub machen, für jeden Geschmack wir hier alles geboten. Zu allem Überfluss, die Vermieter sind auch noch super nett.
