Beatiful semidetached house, located in a quiet area of Cala Viñas, just nexto to the beach. It has three double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms in suite, one toilet, complete kitchen and living dinning room with covered terrace and access to a a private garden. Comunitarian swiming pool and gardened areas.

Location: Cala Pi in Spain

Car: necessary
Small sandy cove at Cala Pi - safe swimming for children; access down a number of steps. Several other beautiful beaches within short driving distance. Many lovely harbours also within short driving distance. Golf Several golf courses nearby. Supermarket nearby. Llucmajor is 10 minutes drive away and has supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a large weekly market selling everything. Water park 20 minutes drive. Beautiful coastal scenery. Tramuntana mountains one hours drive. Cala Pi is on the south coast only 20 miles from the airport and is easily found. There are markets most days in Mallorca, the nearest being Lucmajor on Fridays, only 10 minutes away. Felanitx is on Sunday and has a very picturesque centre ideal for lunch. Sineu is on Wednesdays. Most markets are over by 1 or 2 pm. Palma, Arenal, Campos and Cala d’Or are all within easy reach. Arenal has a water park. Festival Park is a modern retail park, off the motorway, on the way to Inca.
