Villa description:
The villa has beam & bamboo ceilings, some internal stone walls and stone decor, marble work-surfaces and solid pine units in the rustic kitchen which is fitted with high quality appliances including dishwasher. The living and dining rooms are connected by a stone archway and offer a generous area of around 100 m². There is also a small TV Room with DVD and video players, 5 m x 4 m day room at the pool end of the house, 4 m x 4 m main bathroom with marble sink surrounds, large Jacuzzi-corner bath! Plus there is a walk in shower and 100 m² integral courtyards on 2 levels. There are Verandas on all sides of the villa, air-conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge, TV & video in the master bedroom, washing machine room, pool bar, plus much more. Please also note that the children area has been added, located in the day room where lots of toys, desks and drawing equipment are provided, this room is besides the pool area so the children can play while the adults use the pool.
