Entered via an electric gate it is ideal for either families or couples set within a beautiful secluded garden and private pool. There are all the facilities you will need to enjoy a relaxing self catering break and if that becomes all too much there are lots of great International restaurants in the local area. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one of which is en-suite. Bedroom 1 the master suite, is a large double room with a super king size bed and luxury bed linen, en-suite bathroom comprising a bath, separate shower, bidet, his and hers basins with vanity units beneath. Bedroom 2 is a large double room with a king size bed. Bedroom 3 has twin beds both of which have integrated pull out beds so can sleep up to 4 small children if required. There is a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. The villa is air conditioned throughout in the summer and heated in the winter. There is a DVD player Sky TV a Playstation, iPod Dock and Secure WIFI Internet.

The Villa is located in Alhama Springs and is located cetrally for the region. The beaches of Altea and Calpe are a 10 minute drive away or 20 minutes in the opposite direction will find you in Benidorm with its world famous beaches and safe bathing. 20 minutes inland will find you at Quadlest with its famous fonts Dalgar fountains well worth a visit. A short drive to the base of the mountain you will find the small village of Altea La Vella which has a number of restaurants, small supermarket, newsagent, patisserie, chemist and bank everything you will need. For those who wish to explore further, there is the main town of Altea a pretty fishing port with a wealth of shops restaurants and main facilities. Europe's largest Theme Mundomar water park. Golf Don Cayo 5 minute drive.

Discounts can be applied for long term lets out of season. Notes: The Villa is our home in the sun and not a commercial venture hence everything is based on an 'honesty' basis. Whatever you use you replace including the Vino..!!.. The Villa was fully refurbished to a high standard in 2006. Electricity is the most expensive commodity and an allowance of 50Eurs per week will be allowed and any extra use will be charged at cost by the meter reading. WIFI Internet is an extra £20..00 per week and needs to be booked in advance.
