Little gem cozily embedded in a peaceful nook amidst the superb scenery of the Sibilini Mountains. This perfectly restructured stone farmhouse is charming and lovingly tended to by its landlady in every detail of the inner rooms and the outdoor spaces. The fenced garden frames the wide swimming pool equipped with diving board. The foliage of the climbing grape-vine under the bower creates a cool shaded space for out-door meals. The stream which laps the property is the ideal place to leisurely read a book lulled by the trickling sound of water in the background or to pleasantly stroll along its banks. And in the evenings, a telescope to watch the stars. Layout: The entrance on the ground floor divides the living room with fireplace and dining area from the kitchen. There is also a little bathroom and a utility room. On the upper floor there is a double room with a direct access to the outdoor, a bedroom with a bunk bed for the children and a bathroom with shower.

The inhabitants are distributed in 1.411 families with an average of 2,39 people per family. The place: The territory of the municipality lies between 318 and 1.917 meters above sea level.
