Villa Petroula was completed in 2009 and is now being offered for this summer season. There are two bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms, also a sofa bed offers further sleeping facilities. The en-suite bathrooms have large walk-in showers. The kitchen dining area is open plan with patio doors leading out to a large patio area. Only walking distance from the beach and facilities of Lourdas this location is ideal as it is situated in one of the most popular area on Kefalonia. Yet, the location is quiet and peaceful with many quality villas in the neighborhood. Outside the private pool offer a perfect setting for a family barbeque. If you don't feel like cooking then take a stole down to the village where you will find numerous tavernas serving a variety of international and greek cuisine.

Lourdas is one of the most popular tourist resorts on Kefalonia. The village has a variety of tavernas offering traditional and international cuisine. On Lourdas long shingle beach you can find many watersports and activities. Walking is a favourite in this area as there are still many rural part to the surrounding countryside. Further down the coastline is Mounda bay where the famous Loggerhead turtles lay there eggs during the month of July in the fine sand of Kaminia beach. St. Georges castle once the capital of Kefalonia is around 15 minutes drive from the villa and most of the outer walls of this fortress are still standing. It is worth a trip just for the views. The sun sets behind Villa Petroula allowing the patio area and pool to be a sun trap almost all day.
