Well kept apartment with new kitchen for rent. The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The lounge has an open fire place. It is a first floor apartment with views to both of the pools in the urbanisation, and it has one of the best locations in the urbanisation. This is a small complex with large garden, two pools (also children's pool) and two barbeque areas. There are two terraces so you can enjoy the sun all day. Moraira is about 20 minutes walk away, but there is a small local centre with supermarket and a couple of restaurants just 200 meters from the apartment.

Moraira is located in the Northern Costa Blanca. It is a small, calm village quite different from other towns on the Costa Blanca. You can choose from many different beaches. In Moraira you will find many restaurants, all the shops you need and a nice harbour. The cities Benidorm, Calpe, Denia and Altea are all close if you want to visit a bigger town.

Great Family and Couple Holiday!!!

We stayed at the appartment with our daughter 20 months in Moraira at the beginning of September and we had a fantastic time. The appartment is great and is located in a beautiful complex. It was just a brilliant holiday and we can't wait to return next year but this time we will stay for two weeks.
The owners are really nice and helpful. All in all a great experience and highly recommended!!!
