Photos and Description of this Grimaud holiday villa Luxurious, 5 bedroomed, 4 bathroomed villa with pool + pool house

The accommodation is tastefully decorated in the Provencal style with terracotta tiles throughout. The Master bedroom is located on the ground floor, has an en suite bathroom + French windows leading on to the pool. There is another double bedroom on the ground floor which again has French windows leading on to the terrace. Upstairs there is a double bedroom which has a small terrace and balcony. There are also two twin bedrooms. The Master has an en suite, with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower and loo. The other downstairs bedroom also has an en suite shower room. There is a separate loo downstairs. Upstairs there is a shower room, a full bathroom and a separate loo. The salon has a flat screen TV, music system and DVD machine. It is fully equipped and has an open fire. It also has a large dining area with seating for ten. French windows lead out on to the south facing terrace + pool. There is also a playroom. Kitchen is fully equipped + has a small breakfast table.

Notes: The 12 x 5m pool is fully equipped with sun-loungers and security alarm. A spacious pool house lies at one end of the pool with a sofa and deck chairs for relaxing in the shade. The villa itself is set in 3000m2 of land which has been mainly set to lawn with a smattering of Mediterranean plants such as olive trees and young palms.
