A luxury villa with air conditioning in Quinta das Salinas, a small resort close to the beach and Ria Formosa reserve, very close to Quinta do Lago and Dunas Douradas. This villa is very attractive and spacious, entrance leads to the lounge and dinning area, on the right there's the large and modern kitchen fully fitted with granite work tops. The spacious master bedroom upstairs enjoys its own dressing area and large private sun terrace. The dinning area overlooks the lounge area, it leads out onto a very pretty enclosed garden and pool, with nice terraces and built-in BBQ. The garden is fully enclosed and access via an electric gate. There are two more bedrooms downstairs both with en-suite bathrooms. Pleasant and heated swimming pool. Broadband internet and cable TV.

Quinta das Salinas is a small resort, lying on the outskirts of Quinta do Lago and very close to Quinta do Mar. The golden sandy beach is a short walking distance and can be reached by walking through the pine trees or by the road to the Ocean. There are places for walks and watch the birds. There are nice beach restaurants and water sports. In the area there are many golf courses. The traditional market in Quarteira and Loule is ideal for fresh fish, fruit and vegetables. In Quinta do Lago there's Quinta Shopping on the first round-about with many shops, cafes and restaurants. You can also visit Zoomarine full of attractions for kids and others or you can try the water parks for a day of fun.
