10min from Nice airport/Nice, 10min from the beach and 10min walking to the village St. Paul, which is a beautiful medieval village, situated on a hilltop with stunning views, and home to the famous Colombe d'Or restaurant which displays original art work by chagall, Marisse, Picasso and others. Other beautiful medieval villages: Eze, Tourettes, Gourdon. Exclusive cities nearby, and if it is night-life you are looking for, then head for: Nice, Cannes, Monaco and Juan les Pins. Amazing out door market in Italy, Ventimiglia only 1 hour away. Attractions: sea world, glass factories, potteries, art galleries, golf, tennis, riding, hiking and any water sport. For the winter months the Ski Resorts are approximately 40 minutes away. New semi-detached villa, modern architecture - fully equipped on to a high standard. Private garden in an small Domaine (18 villas) with a shared swimming pool. Living room - kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet.

Near the sea, and in walking distance to St. Paul village. Only 15min to Nice airport, 40min to Monaco, 30min to Cannes which is famous for its film festivals in May. Favored towns near by: Antibes and Juan les Pins (good night life). Best attractions for children: Marineland in Biot and the safari park in Frejus. St. Tropez is also only 1hrs drive away. Why not visit the Friday morning market of Ventimiglia in Italy. It's only 1hrs by car. All major towns and cities can be reached by the coastal train. Enjoy the view!!! Also bakers, butcher and supermarket nearby. The Villa provides an excellent base from which to explore the Riviera or the traditional Provence region or just relax and enjoy the sun and the pool.

Thanks for letting us your wonderful villa, It is a really nice place and all of your neighbours were very nice people. I think you have done great job inside and out, and is probably one of the very best villas on the estate. ( well done). This was a good place to stay as it really is central to all of the areas you may want to visit. You could just stay here and really relax with St Paul just up the road ( which is beautiful and not to be missed ) and the shops just down the road. The pool is great for cooling of and the other people who live there are really welcoming.
It really made a difference with the villa being so well equipped it was like home.

A Wonderful relaxing holiday

I have already recommended this property to my friends and family.

The property is beutiful. It keeps a high standard and it has all the facilities one cold ever need. We were two couples that stayed there for one week, and there were more than enough room for everyone. The back garden was lovely and the pool area was very clean and nice.

The owners of this property provided us good service from our first contact with them and until we left.

I am sure we will travel to the same property again. There is so much to experience in this area, and one week was definitely not enough! This place is perfect for relaxing, cultural experience, sport, swimming, walks etc. We went several times to beutiful St. Paul, which is only a 10 min walk from the house. We were stunned by the atmosphere there.

We look forvard to come back:)

Description of the appartment was very accurate, lovely location in gorgeous surrounding and settings. Property was very clean and maintained to a high standard.
The swimming pool was lovely, again very well maintained along with the pool house.

The appartment lies not very far from the famous town of St Paul which i highly reccomend visting. some wonderful walking and sight seeing opportunities lie right on the doorstep to this appartment. Great rock climbing opportunities also.
