Luxury penthouse in the 'Marques Palace' complex situated in Puerto Santiago in one of the most tranquil and exclusive areas on the island of Tenerife, 900 metres away from the 'La Arena' beach and 35 kms from the airport, Reina Sofia. Completed in 2000, it is equipped with all the mod cons in the kitchen, luxurious furniture, satellite tv and air con. Also includes a safe deposit box, telephone and a wonderful terrace with views towards the sea. The complex has two heated pools,one for adults and the other for children. Amenities also include a snack bar, sports club including tennis, squash, gym, sauna, restaurant and bar offering live entertainment. Los Gigantes with its warm climate and stunning scenery has a lovely relaxing feel. Walk to the harbour area, while enjoying the wonderful views that the cliffs have to offer.

Penthouse apartment Puerto Santiago/ Los Gigantes at El Marques Palace. The villages of Los Gigantes and Puerto Santiago have a multitude of fine restaurants, many offering fresh seafood and meat dishes. There are a number of supermarkets and banks. At the marina there is a diving and sailing school, as well as boat trips to see the famous dolphins and sea life. Plenty to do when you get there... sunning yourself by the pool or on the balcony, go to the beach a gentle stroll down the hill and enjoy the black volcanic sand. See the boats in the marina adjacent to the beach. Enjoy a meal in the cafes or restaurants overlooking the marina or beaches. Go to Loro Parque and see the whales perform and dolphins and seals and sea lions, go to water park, get a boat to La Gomera one day, or just relax. All local amenities are within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Local shops and restaurants are within 3 minutes walk.
