This 1st Floor apartment is located just 100 meters off the beach and very close to Josh Angulo's beach windsurfing club. The beach is quieter than the main town's and very beautiful with great snack bar and windsurfing facilities. The apartment is very light and clean and is naturally cool due to its high ceilings. The apartment is air-conditioned and consists of large open-plan living room (double sofa bed) with kitchen, double bedroom (with wall safe) and bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. The outdoor balcony's to both the living area and bedroom are perfect for relaxing over a cool drink. Every room is a good size. The apartment is in the quite residential area of Santa Maria and is only a 5 minute walk to the centre where you can find shops, bars and restaurants that serve a varied selection of local and international cuisines. The apartment is very secure, in a great location and was only built 2 years ago.
