Our family home is a luxury air-conditioned townhouse with 3 large bedrooms and is furnished to a high standard with contemporary furniture and fittings. It is situated in an exclusive gated community consisting of 12 townhouses overlooking the beautiful pool, making it especially safe for families. It has a spacious terrace with comfortable seating and a large dining table for 8 people, with outside lighting and elegant rolling blinds which extend to create a private and intimate space to relax in the evening all in its own private garden. The master bedroom has a seated balcony overlooking the pool and a large en-suite bathroom, same as the main bathroom The kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities including washing machine. It has a spacious lounge with Sky TV and DVD and a large dining area. It is 5 mins drive, 15 mins walking (1km) from the beach and shops, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Cabopino beach resort is 5 mins drive and Puerto Banus and Marbella are 10 mins.

Well furnished & equipped, in a peaceful location but within minutes of excellent beaches & restaurants. We have holidayed in this area many times & this is probably the nicest place we have stayed in.

What a fantastic house, everything was 5 star. We celebrated our silver wedding with our family, The house is very clean, a real hone from home. The pool is kept immaculate. Location is spot on, so many bars and restrauants in walking distance to choose from.
We could not recommend this house more and can'nt wait to go back.

I am highly recommend this nice house in nice location close to Marbella, ideal for family holiday. We spent there 12 enjoying days with no single problem. Presentation is exact and authentic and communication with owners and agent very good, with no tension or single problem.
