The centre of Juan les Pins and the lovely sandy beaches are only a few minutes walk away. Juan les Pins is well-known for its lively atmosphere, numerous restaurants, bars, nightclubs and fashion shops. The centre of Antibes with its charming old town and nice port can be reached in about 15 minutes walk. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor out of 3 and enjoys a wonderful L-shaped terrace of 50m2. One part of the terrace is covered and equipped with lounge furniture and the other part is equipped with sun beds and a dining area. The interior is tastefully decorated with elegant modern furniture. All of the rooms are bright and spacious. There is an excellent level of equipment such as Internet access, electric shutters, flat screen TV with satellite channels, etc.

Juan les Pins is located on the other side of Cap d'Antibes. All along the cap and in Juan les Pins itself, you find beautiful sandy beaches. Every year in July, Juan les Pins organizes a great Jazz festival, as this was the place where jazz arrived to Europe, with famous guests like Louis Armstrong, Sidney Bechet, Ella Fitzgerald, Count Basie, etc. In the summer, Juan les Pins offers a full range of activities, with numerous water sports, restaurants and shops, a casino, discos and piano bars, etc. It is also a great 'meeting 'place, with plenty of entertaining places to have fun til late at night. Off season, the town is more quiet, with only local people and a few tourists from Northern countries, who particularly appreciate the mild climate.
