From your tiled balcony of the master bedroom you can enjoy miles of scenic views, including across the Mar Menor and the mountains around Murcia, perfect for that evening glass of wine relaxing. There's tiling and marble throughout the villa and good sized rooms, especially the master bedroom with it's exclusive balcony and views. All the mod cons are here that are necessary for you to enjoy your stay. You have the option of staying around the villa or travelling to nearby towns and cities to explore the history, sites and vast amounts of beaches. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist area's.

El Carmoli is set on a hill next to the Mar Menor (translated as 'Little Sea', a natural phenomenon of 170 Sq KM's of 'sea swimming pool, with no current and only 7 metres deep in the middle) perfect for children of all ages. As a result of being elavated, El Carmoli has stunning views of the Mar Menor and views in land for miles. El Carmoli is a popular residential development only a few kilometres from La Manga Club Golf Resort. It enjoys the sandy beaches of the warm Mar Menor (5 mins) and easy access to some of the most exclusive Golfing resorts in Spain. It is situated just 15mins north of Los Belones, 10 mins from the town of Los Alcazares. There are several good restaurants and bars within 10 mins walk of this lovely community and fantastic views. This is a holiday where you are away from the maddening crowd and you can relax peacefully or you can be in the middle of it all within 10 minutes if you want some excitement and entertainment....perfect!!!
