The property is set on a very quiet and tranquil part of this popular urbanization. There are 3 golf courses within 5 minutes and the shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. There is a bus stop five minutes’ walk away with routes to the Blue Flag awarded beaches of Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Campoamor making this an ideal holiday location. Blue Lagoon is a lovely urbanization which is efficiently run and benefits from 24 hour security.

The villa is located in Blue Lagoon. There are 3 golf courses within 5 minutes and the shops, restaurants and bars are very close by. The Blue Flag awarded beaches of Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Campoamor are within 10 minutes making this an ideal holiday location. The beaches are connected by a beautiful scenic promenade with breathtaking views, perfect for an early evening stroll before sampling some fantastic local cuisine. There are a selection of restaurants, bars, shops and banks within 1km of the villa but if you are looking for something more lively then Villa Martin Plaza is just a 15 mins walk away which boast a vast selection of music Bars, Restaurants with nightly entertainment, Banks, Supermarkets and its own golf course. The famous Cabo Roig strip with it's selection of music bars, nightclubs, restaurants and shops is a 10 minute taxi ride away. The village of San Miguel is located approx 10 minutes drive from the property, where every Wednesday they hold a local market.

Half a mile in land from Torrevieja is a shopping mall, Carrefour hypermarket, bowling alley, casino, cinema.

The Costa Blanca: The Costa Blanca is well known as one of the sunniest coasts in Spain with over 300 sunny days a year. It is also renowned for it's sandy white beaches, offering a variety of watersports. It is steeped in history and boasts beautiful mountain views. There are five cities within an hours drive - Alicante, Elche, Murcia, Orihuela and Cartegena, each offering there own flavour of Spanish life and culture.
