It's 20 metres from the one of the 16 pool areas on the 5 Star Resort, a 'good 5 Iron' (180 Metres) to the Golf Club house, restaurants, bars, shops & well stocked supermarket. You're only 20 minutes drive from miles of clean sandy beaches, restaurants, supermarkets & shops & only 25 minutes into the picturesque city of Murcia. Your ground floor holiday home is furnished with modern furniture & new appliances, you'll have all you need to enjoy both inside & outside your apartment. Open your patio doors on to your large private terrace, walk past your exclusive sun terrace & you are into the large gardens and pools. With swings and a slide, there are plenty of safe grassed areas for the kids to run around in, while you just laze in the sun. 3 huge, securely fenced in, swimming pools a stones throw from your patio doors include a shallow children's pool, two large main pools, jacuzzi pool & a baby pool.

Welcome to Murcia, golden sandy beaches, crystal clear waters, rugged mountains and loads to explore. Murcia enjoys a year-round average temperature of 20 degrees Celsius and is blessed with nearly 3000 hours of sunshine annually. The region is lapped by the waters of the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor, a great salt-water lagoon with salt marshes, ecosystems, islands and unique flora and fauna. Murcia City is definitely the place to visit, explore the fabulous architcture, cobbled streets and wonderful cathedral. Cartagena is a great day out with its nautical history and shops to die for, sit and take in the view at the port, eat a little tapas and watch the boats come and go. Perfect! For fun days out try Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia or simply pick one of the many glorious beaches in the area. Try surfing in the Med or lazing by the Mar Menor. Sierra Espuna national park is worth a visit too, the views are out of this world.

Excellent Holiday

I have just returned after a 2 week stay at this apartment.
I travelled with my wife and 2 children who are 10 and 3 years of age and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was lovely with a large outside eating area and just 5 metres to the pool which was ideal for us as we could watch the kids in the pool from our own terrace.

The resort has 5 restaurants which need to be booked and served excellent food along with an ice cream parlour and a few bars.

The property was clean and tidy on arrival and all services were as described.

The best place that we found to eat was in Los Alcathares where there is a wide selection of restaurants.

I would recommend this holiday to anyone looking for a quiet time but not for people looking for a hectic nightlife.

Thanks and hope to stay again.
