LONELY COUNTRY HOUSE with a large TERRACE + 5000sq m olives and wood LAND is surrounding the property- ground floor: on 3 levels house: GROUND FLOOR: 1 60 square meters terrace +kitchen /dinning equipped with fireplace + 1 bathroom. 1° FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with a balcony (with an independent entry from the back side of the house too). 2° FLOOR: Double room with a private bathroom. - THE OWNERS ( a very nice and kind 58 aged couple) live “PIANO DI MOMMIO” village - they also sometimes live the little “DEPENDENCE” which is FEW METERS BELOW THE RENTAL HOUSE.
