Enjoying a glorious, secluded setting 4 miles from the coast on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, this charmingly refurbished, cosily heated holiday cottage has views to the rear over the lovely Conwy Valley. The cottage boasts its own patio and has shared use of 6-acre grounds, including a licensed Dutch pancake house, watergarden centre and coarse ponds(extra charge for the fishing). Conwy lies 4 miles away with a majestic castle, and wealth of craft shops, restaurants and inns. Golf (18-hole), sailing and sea angling are available nearby, as well as a sandy beach at Morfa Conwy. Seaside attractions at Llandudno (7 miles), with cabin lift to the summit of Great Orme, tramway, donkey rides on the beach, sports centres, dry-ski slope and toboggan run. Excellent walking, riding and bird-watching locally, salmon fishing on the Conwy and many scenic drives by dramatic mountain passes.

Glyn Isa Cottages are situated very close to many varied attractions. Conwy Castle and the walls offer a birdseye view of the harbour and Deganwy. Bodnant Gardens, run by the National Trust, is well worth a visit with the laburnum arch flowering May/June. Anglesey and the famous Menai Straits is within 30 minutes drive. Bangor Pier is also a hidden jem well worth a visit. Betws-Y-Coed offers excellent walking with the beautiful Swallow falls.The Snowdon Mountain Railway is a particular favourite of our visitors.For those guests with children we can also recommend a visit to the Welsh Mountain Zoo at Colwyn Bay and the Anglesey Sea Zoo. Sychnant pass is within easy reach giving a spectacular view of the coast.from the mountains.

Notes: The cottage is positioned within the Watergardens grounds which boasts fishing lakes, an aquarium, a Dutch pancake house and a small childs play area.The garden is enclosed and the view from the back of the cottages is pretty spectacular with abundant wildlife. There is sufficient parking for two cars in the cottages parking area only yards away. The lounge has an open fire and the first supply of fuel is provided and thereafter it is available locally. The cottage also benefits from garden furniture with a parasol and a barbecue.The kitchen units are light oak housed in freestanding stainless steel cradles, top specification with a full size fridge and freezer. The kitchen and bathrooms have porcelain tiled floors and the lounge and bedroom have pure wool carpets. The local village is just a short walk away .
