The Apartment has large lounge and diner plus separate kitchen and a terrace for outside dining. It includes all kitchenware and TV/DVD/Satellite receiver with english, spanish and american shows/films. There are 2 good sized bedroom with plenty of storage and it has been recently refurbished with furniture and re-decoration so has a light and airy feel. It is on the 3rd floor (with elevator access) and has a large roof terrace on top floor. It comes fully equipped and towels & bed linen are included.  The excellent long sandy beach of La Mata is less than a 5 minute walk away with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. There is a very popular weekly market (Wednesday) very nearby and all shops and services in the town of La Mata. A frequent bus service runs into Torrevieja every 20 mins should you require and to Guardamar in the other direction. Both have ample shopping and nightlife.

The area of La Mata has long been a Spanish holiday resort  due to the excellent climate and facilities. There is a small shopping centre with a bank and supermarket, hairdressers and beauty salons and plenty of cafes and bars including nightlife/discos nearby. The Nature Park is a wonderful way to learn about the local fauna and wildlife and includes mud baths for the adventurous. The glorious beach is only a 5 minute leisurely walk away and there is an extensive boardwalk to stroll the length of the area's beach (approximately 20 mins walking time each way) with beach bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. For families there are plenty of leisure facilities including Sports Centre, Theme Parks and boat trips and hire. The nearby towns of Guardamar and Torrevieja have large shopping centres, museums, theatres and concerts and are both coastal towns so have excellent beachfront dining and walking. Both have a night market with many interesting stalls and keenly priced goods.

Notes: Roof terrace, laundry area.. There are plug in radiators and the A/C is also a heater should these be required. There is also a Maclaren buggy on-site for use by tenants with infants should you not wish to bring your own or for toddlers (it fully reclines) so great for tired little ones.

A comfortable apartment close to all amenities and the beach. The apartment is well equipped with A/C in the lounge which is a must during the summer months. The apartment was well presented and clean.The only suggestion is that there should be English TV available.
