A large property on an area of over 7 acres comprising a main house completely renovated with old materials forming a U with a glass gallery connecting the two parts and leading to both the north and south facing terrace with garden of boxwood and glades of oak and charm trees. A Summer house with swimming pool 15 x 7 m, a garage-style tobacco shed with chestnut siding and paved shelter for 3 cars. The property which can accommodate 10 to 12 people, has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It enjoys beautiful views over the rolling countryside and a medieval castle. This beautiful holiday home is located in Mauzens and Miremont (close to Les Eyzies), a quiet village which is nonetheless close to the main attractions of the Périgord, major roads, railway station and 1km from the airports of Bergerac and Bordeaux. The cave are near the luxurious and charming house. Thereby it will be extremely easy to go and visit those caves and museums. At the heart of the Périgord Noir is the fantastic medieval and historical town of Sarlat. With the highest number of classified historical buildings per square meter in Europe.
