This is a country villa 15km from faro airport, 12km to several beaches, golf course, islands example: illha do farol, ilha da armonda, faro shopping center and various restaurants. This villa consists of 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one is on suite) leaving room, kitchen (open plan) full air coditioning through out, and a conservatory overlooking its beautiful south facing garden, private parking area, private swimming pool with wave pumped plus heating for does spring days. It is located in very quite hill yet 100m to its nearest cafe shop, small delicatessen, for your last minute things. Lovely country walks, cycling and air sports can be seen from hills.

To make your booking its necessary to make a 20% deposit and the remaining amount is to be paid 4 weeks before arrival date.

The Ideal place for those seeking peace & tranquility with just a small scattering of near neighbours & 1 cafe. A car is essential if you want to get out & about, however , once you have filled the fridge with food & drink there is no need to venture any further than the pool, as this property has everything you should need, & if it has'nt, Cristina or Maria are close by & will answer all your queries or solve your problems. We had a lovely relaxing time just laying around the pool area with a few books & some local wine.
Owner's Response: Ana and Wayne were very nice tennants, and I would rent to them every time that they wish to come to Portugal.
