Rural villa overlooking the town of Xert with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. Accommodation is modern with high quality fittings and furnishings throughout. There are 4 twin bedrooms all with en suite, one of which is located on the ground floor and a master bedroom with  en suite, gallery landing and balcony. Large open plan luxury kitchen with integrated appliances and seperate utility room with washing machine. Open plan dining area with seating for ten people with magnificent views. real fire and spacious lounge area with two 6 seater leather settees. From the lounge area the staircase continues down to a large basement with pool table,table tennis and football table. On the ground floor patio doors lead outside to the pool and terrace area. The swimming pool is 10m x 5m with electric pool cover and the terrace has a stone table and seating for up to ten people. Ideal property for a family or friends wishing to get away and relax with all home comforts.
