This stunning luxury villa, south facing 10min stroll to the beach is set in its own private grounds offering all the essential ingredients for your ideal relaxing holiday. The villa has a covered outdoor dining area overlooking the pool, a perfect retreat for summer sun. The villa is beautifully furnished throughout and equipped accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 of with king size bed and ensuite, the other with twin beds and adjacent bathroom and the third bedroom with bunk beds. All are tastefully decorated with lots of wardrobe space. The villa is equipped with a good size fully fitted modern kitchen and a large, bright, cool comfortable sitting room/lounge. The villa is in close proximity to the world famous Mar Menor Sea, the largest salt water lake in Europe with its spectacular golden sands, shallow waters and pedestrianized tree lined promenade, very safe for children.

Los Alcazares is a unique seaside town full of Spanish charm and character and has been awarded the coveted blue flag. It's on the edge of the Mar Menor, a large inland sea, separated from the Mediterranean sea. The Mar Menor is a salt water lagoon of 128 sq. km with a sea temperature of 5 degrees above that of the Mediterranean. Average 320 days of sunshine per year. There is a local ferry in summer that goes from Alcazares beach to the La Manga Strip so that you can enjoy a day on the beach at La Manga. Go karting is available in Los Alcazares.

Perfect family villa in Los Alcazares

This family villa fulfilled all our expectations. The villa was extremely clean and well maintained. It was spacious enough for a family of six including young children.

The location is close to the mar menor beach which is perfect for young children. Los alcazares is fairly quiet and main attractions are the beach and the restaurants. Everywhere we went was extremely child friendly.

Would recommend this villa for families with young children. Would also recommend a car to visit other places.

The owners and their friends were extremely helpful.
