It has been newly refurbished and decorated in a calming neutral palette which is consistent throughout. Whist the property benefits from its own garden, Winn Common is just two minutes walk with its wide open space and wooded walks. The local high street is just three minutes walk and offers everything you will need with supermarkets, banking, restaurants and easy transport links to central London.

For the art lovers there are the galleries at the Queen's House just next to the Maritime Museum. This house was designed by Inigo Jones in 1616 as a commission to James I's wife Anne of Denmark. And for those who simply want to do nothing Greenwich Park is ideal for relaxing and getting away from it all, while still being in London. We very much enjoyed our stay at this home in Plumstead. It is a roomy 3 bedroom home with a backyard. It has a washer and dishwasher and gas stove.
The decor is very nice.The home was very clean and the owner was very helpful giving us lots of instructions via email before we arrived. It is only a few blocks from a bus stop at the bottom of the hill where there is an excellent pub with an outdoor garden. Further down the street are good Chinese and Indian restaurants and markets.

I am a family of six persons. We used this appartment for 16 days in the month of August 2009. The building is traditional house but with refurbished interior, though the owner needs to facelift the house frontage and upgrade some of sofas in sitting room. It has all the basic needs for self catering with sufficient space for children. The location is quiet and positioned such that you have access to Bus services to any where you want to go in London. There are different types of shops that serve all nationalities, which opens from 730 am to 9 pm. There is no threat of insecurity. The appartment owner is quite welcoming and considerate in price discounting and flexible departure time. Refund of security deposit is done with ease once you comply with terms of rentage. She can also assist link you to smooth transportation coy if you are not familiar with London. Generally my family had nice time here.

We stayed in this house for 4 days in August 2009. The house was very clean and was obviously well maintained. The property was well equipped, lots of kitchen utensils etc.. and clean towels, sheets etc.. all provided.

We had children staying with us and the house was perfect for them. Small garden in back which is fully enclosed and safe for them to play.

I found the owner to be very helpful in terms of making the booking, she adapted to suit our specific requirements and also helped us with transfers etc..

The description and location of property is exactly as indicated in the advertisement. It has good transport links to get to central london.

I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking to stay in this location.
