The Oceanside deck and gardens are fringed by indigenous fynbos and feature an impressive rim flow pool and outside shower. There’s a private board walk to the pristine Keurbooms beach, and an impressive rooftop observation deck complete with seating, so you can watch schools of playful dolphins all year round.     1. A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all bookings.

    2. Full payment must be received by us at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.

    3. A 30% deposit will be held as against breakages and will be returned within 30 days of the end of the booking. Customers should leave the accommodation as they found it in a tidy and orderly fashion and are liable for breakages and damage caused during their stay including but not restricted to the value of the breakage deposit.
    Cancellation Policy

    For cancellations up to 14 days prior to booking 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.

Two further double bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms and veranda, also enjoy spectacular sea views. There’s an additional twin bedroom with en suite shower that looks North across the beautiful indigenous forest. Furthermore the ground floor bar, overlooking the ocean, also features a double sofa bed and an en suite shower room and can be used as an additional sleeping area.
