Lovely, luxurious villa in peaceful surroundings set on one of the hills surrounding a beautiful natural harbour. It boasts lovely views of the Port and sea from the main terraces and many of the rooms. Enjoy day long sun-drenched swimming pool terrace or retreat to more shady garden and terrace areas. The villa is newly decorated and furnished to a high standard and offers 4 double bedrooms - 2 with four posters, a further double and one with a flexible twin or king size bed arrangement. There are two en-suite bathrooms and a newly installed family bathroom. The fully equipped modern kitchen and open-plan dining room seating 8 is complimented by an outside kitchen with gas BBQ and al fresco dining area seating 8. The sitting room and separate 'snug' offer plenty of comfortable seating, Sky TV, DVD, Radio/CD player with IPOD dock and a log-burning fire for cozy Christmases. The vila is warmed by under-floor heating throughout and hot/cold air-conditioning in all the bedrooms.

The villa is situated on one of the hills overlooking this splendid natural harbour which combines the sophistication of a yatching and boating marina and a village boasting a wide range of designer shops with a relaxed atmosphere along the harbour side. The range of dining in the port is extensive - ranging from Italian, French, Indian, Chinese and of course many restaurants offering typical tapas, paellas and wonderful fresh fish landed daily by the port's own small fishing fleet. The port combines dramatic cliff scenery with wonderful verdant tree cover even in the height of summer producing endless opportunities for the photographer or artist. There is plenty to do for sailors, divers, walkers, cyclists, golfers, tourists and those seeking simply to relax.

  • The master bedroom boasts a four-poster bed, and has 180' views from the four double doors. There is room for a cot in this room. The second bedroom also has a four-poster bed, double doors overlooking the side garden area and a further window with a view to the port. The third bedroom has double doors overlooking the port and the final bedroom has double doors overlooking the valley and enjoys lovely morning sun with its own en-suite shower room. All have underfloor heating and air-conditioning. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Two share a newly installed family bathroom with large power shower and bath. We also have a small studio bedroom with separate entrance, w.c., wash basin and sofa bed (small double). Ideal for teens or nanny. Please enquire as to price.
