Photos and Description of this Soller area holiday apartment Ideal for hikers in winter

This beautiful and new apartment is located in Sóller, at 3'5 km of the beach. It is a small complex (with communal pool) in a strategic area close to the beach, the town center and the Tramuntana mountains. Ideal for walkers! It has a cosy living room with 1 comfortable sofa/bed an open plan kitchen. There is a large fridge freezer, a washing machine, a microwave, ceramic hob an oven plus a good selection of pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is 1 double bedroom, with a king size bed and a big wardrobes. There is a private parking place in the Urbanisation. There is also the shared swimming pool, 8 x 4 m. size, with astonishing mountain views. We rent the apartment for a maximum of 4 adults and a baby

Nearest Beach: Soller Beach at 3.5 Kilometres

The Port is at some 5 min by car or 20 min walking from the apartment. On the left side of the Bay there is Platja d’en Repic, a sandy beach where you will find many bars and restaurants. On the right side there is also a sandy beach, the old fishing harbour and the nautical port. There are boats going to Sa Calobra and the famous Torrente de Paris, one of the most spectacular places in the island. You can even go windsurfing, sailing, diving or just enjoy a drink or meal at one of the many terraces of the cafes and restaurants. Sóller town is situated at 10 minutes walking from the apartment. It’s an ideal place for excursions as it has many easy paths crossing the Valley and many beautiful walks along the mountains. Sóller shares its valley with Fornalutx, a very beautiful village of great architectural and aesthetic interest. The main square it’s a lovely place to stop and relax on the way to the mountains.
