This stylish apartment provides the perfect holiday destination,just moments from the beautiful Ayrshire coastline, stunning beach and wealth of further activities. The fully furnished apartment can accommodate four people with two spacious double bedrooms including fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom is ensuite. The main bathroom is fitted with bath, wc and washbasin.The kitchen/dining area is fully fitted with integral oven, hob and extractor-microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer and is complimented with a full range of kitchen equipment.all crockery and kitchen utensils are provided and are new and of a very high quality. The dining area also provides dining for 4 people. The spacious lounge comfortably seats four people and is furnished to a extremely high standard, with a large leather sofa,chair and feature fire, plasma TV screen,and DVD player. French doors open from the lounge onto the balcony with patio furniture where you can enjoy the views of Ayr harbour.

Excellent property for week long break

Stayed with young family for most of week. Perfect property to rent for family holiday. Location first class, property, facilities and cleanliness all of the highest spec. It was a pleasure to stay in! Great value for money also! Would def go back if holidaying in Scotland again.

We enjoyed stay in this well equipped holiday flat.
We were warmly welcomed and informed after arrival.
Shopping area and pubs are close by.
The beach is close and cleaned every morning.
A newly built playground is close with attractions for small kids and teanagers

Stayed here for a long weekend, while we went to Turnberry for the Open. Great location, lovely apartment like something out of a Interior design magazine. Equipped to the highest standards and would thoroughly recommend, only wished we were staying for longer.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, located close to the beach and not far from town centre. The property was clean and well-maintained and stylished to
a high standard. The service from the owner was greate.
For us (4 adults, 55+) playing golf and going on sightseeing this apartment was perfect.
