Villa Duende is situated on the 'Monte de los Almendros' urbanisation, with unobstructed views to the sea, just 1 km below. The property is spread out over 1500 m2 tropical gardens, with a CASITA or separate guesthouse (kitchen, living area, bedroom ad bathroom) and STUDIO: bedroom + bathroom. The MAIN HOUSE offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Villa has a very welcoming feel to it and combines charm with ultra-modern comfort and appliances (Full HD Bravia TV, DVD, surround system, Internet access - all new 2009). If you are looking for the perfect holiday location, that is tranquil, yet close to the beach - has stunning views of the Mediterranean sea and of the Sierra Nevada - is situated in a historical village, yet with all the modern requirements... then you've come to the right spot: the Costa Tropical, or the coastline of the Granada province, situated to the East side of Málaga. Day trips can be be made to Granada, the Sierra Nevada (ski!) or to the neighbouring villages.

The Costa Tropical is the coastline of the Granada province, situated to the East side of Málaga. It is more Spanish and less crowed than the more famous Costa del Sol. More than 320 days of sun a year and an average temperature of 20c makes Granada’s Tropical Coast an ideal spot. The shelter provided by the nearby Sierra Nevada give it Europe’s only subtropical climate. The Costa Tropical offers a great number of possibilities such as golf, trekking in the villages (Lecrin valley or Alpujarras), scuba-diving or nautical sports at the Marina del Este (Almuñecar) or Motril.

  • The pricing above is for a 2 person occupancy in the Casita. If the studio is rented also (4 persons) the prices will increase with €130 à €150/week. View our website www.villasalobrena.eu for more detailed pricing.
  • The Casita can only be rented separately from October to April. In high season it is rented together with the Main House.
  • To reserve the property we require 30% deposit. The remainder to be paid 8 weeks before travel. On arrival date we charge €150 safety deposit in cash. The changeover days are flexible.
