This lovely 90sq m home is tucked away in a cul-de-sac, giving it the benefit of traffic free tranquility. The downstairs area features the living and dining room, a wc, an open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and access to the private garden. The main bathroom is upstairs, along with the two bedrooms. Being so close to the beach, having access to a swimming pool and a tennis court makes it an ideal, quiet and safe vacation home for either a couple, a family or a small group of friends. Fully furnished, equipped, decorated and with ample wardrobe space, you will enjoy the comfort and luxury AcasA has to offer. There are even fly screens on the windows and doors to keep those insects out!

AcasA is situated at Limassol's east beach, nestled between two of the town's best hotels. Its ideal location at the Amathus area makes this holiday home a very central base from which to explore the island. Amathus is one of the ancient city Kingdoms of Cyprus. The sandy beach is one of the best Limassol has to offer. It has been awarded the 'Blue Flag' due to the cleanliness of both its water and the area itself. The sea is calm, has no undercurrents and is therefore safe for children. All water sports are available and sun-beds can be hired for a small fee from either the beach in front of the Meridien hotel or in front of the St Raphael hotel. The town's largest yachting marina is within walking distance, adding a touch of glamour to your vacation. Or maybe you are even planning to moore your yacht there... Restaurants, bars and nightclubs are a short drive away and you will be spoilt for choice.
