The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house in the historic medieval village of Isola Farnese. It is composed of a spacious entrance hall, a sitting room with sofa-bed and a fully functional wood-burning fireplace, brand new kitchenette units, a bathroom and a bedroom. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, sink, WC and hairdryer. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, bookshelves, TV, music system; from the balcony there is a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside. - There is free Wi-fi internet in the house - All rooms are fully heated with central heating and wood is available for the fire - Linen and towels are changed every 3 days - Cleaning is provided within the price (once a week) - There is a free parking 1minute from the house. The owners are Italian but speak English and Spanish and, if required, they can also provide transfer to/from the Airport or railway station.

A Very Pleasant Stay

We stayed in Ginevra's apartment for five weeks, and were very comfortable there. The apartment was well maintained, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bed (although not king-sized by U.S. standards) was very comfortable. The washing machine and WiFi were big pluses for us. For a lengthy stay, better lamps and a larger T.V. with cable and/or DVD player and music system would be helpful.

The tiny village of Isola Farnese is charming and the bus comes almost to your doorstep. One can stay in what seems like countryside but with relatively easy access by bus and train to Rome. The hosts could not have been more friendly, accommodating and helpful in every way during our visit, and we would stay there again and also recommend it.

It was really a pleasant week in the big, rather shadowy apartment in the calm, idyllic place near the Rome. Nice view from the balcony on the hills, the small church next to the old house, Roman fragments in the walls on the street, big flat with all the stuff you'll need for the journey, friendly people. In other words: highly recommended! Thanks, Ginevra!
