Vista Oceano holiday studios are located in a quiet residential area of the capital Funchal. The accommodation has panoramic views overlooking the city & busy cruise liner harbour. For all your self-catering needs a supermarket is located just a short walk away. The nearest bus-stop is located just 100 meters from the entrance, where a 5 minute journey will find you in the city. The owners live on site & are always available to offer help or advice whenever required. The tourism registered accommodation gives you the best that Madeira can offer by way of self-catering. Guests comfort & security are the owners priority. A fully equipped Kitchen with all crockery, cutlery & cooking implements, ensuite facilities & three days per week maid service. The twin-bedded rooms leading out to the guests swimming pool or balcony. There is also a poolside bar-b-cue house. Airport transfers can be arranged. Substantial discounts are offered for long stay guests wishing to stay more than a month.

My wife and I enjoyed a pleasant 4 week stay at Vista Oceano from
February to March 2009. It is in a quiet area and there is a phantastic
view to the sea and to the City of Funchal from the garden and from
the balkonies. There is an easy access to the centre of wonderful
Funchal either by bus or by a 20 minute HEALTHTY steep walk, and
there is a well-assorted supermarket and vegetable market close by.

Ian and Céu are very helpful and sympathetic, and Céu keeps
everythins extremely neat and tidy.

WE are planning to go back in 2010.

We enjoyed our stay in October 2009 very much. The owner, Maria, is very helpful. Spacious apartment with large kitchen and nice bathroom. Nice, quiet garden with swimmingpool. 20 min. walk to the centre of Funchal. Bus takes only a few minutes. Busstop close by. Madeira is a beautiful island with lots to sea and lots to do. One Week is not enough.
