Large living room with Plasma, including all UK and Irish Channels, TV and DVD players, patio looking out on landscaped gardens. Many sports and leisure facilities nearby. Satellite TV, huge resort poo and private parking areal. 30 minutes from Faro Airport. Excellent kids facilities and numerous and superb restaurants within 3-5 minutes.

The Quinta do Lago Beach with beautiful wood bridge over nature reserve at 3min walking distance, golf course is beside Victory Village. The famous San Lorenzo golf course is minutes away. The nearest large shopping centre is about 3km. 6-7km from the nearest town, Almancil. The resort is 5 minutes away from Bouganvilia Plaza, a medium sized shopping centre with supermarket, pub and lots of exclusive shops and restaurants, along with the usual Pizza restaurants and coffee shops and an excellent bakery.

  • Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. We prefer Saturday changeovers but can be flexible depending on bookings already taken. Sunday changeovers are not possible in high season.
    Electricity and air conditioning are included in the price.
    There's a booking deposit of 30%
  • 20% discount on 3 to 5 weeks lets from Oct to May 09.
    For lets for less then 1 week, please email the owner.
  • A cash deposit of 300 euros is taken on arrival against breakages. It will be refunded on departure, subject to deductions, if any. We will supply full details of booking conditions.

Notes: Inside the resort you can find paths leading out to a quiet communal gardens stretching down to a pond and water feature. In the terrace with seaview you can find outdoor table and chairs. The Huge Communal Pool has a bar/ restaurant near it and comfortable pool chairs.

Appartment Victory Village

We stayed at the following appartment in May for one week and enjoyed a wonderful, peaceful holiday. The appartment was basic, but clean. We were a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids 5 and 3). The kids loved the pool, but also loved been able to walk to the beach over the bridge. Of course a visit is not complete without eating at Gigi's (restaurant on the beach) once. Around the corner is a small supermarket and back towards Almancil you have Bougainvillea Plaza for a relaxing cup of coffee. In Almancil you have the wonderful supermarket of Apalonia which has everything.
Golf and tennis are all around the corner but we did not use these facilities.
A car is needed to get around but that at least gives you the freedom to explore the surroundings like Silves, Monchique, Faro and more.
My only negative remark is that I would have preferred a washing machine in the appartment and not a dishwasher, but this is very personal, and everyone has different needs.
