3 Church Mews is a 2 bedroom mews cottage that forms part of an award winning church conversion on the Isle of Wight. The cottage is a few yards from the chain ferry to West Cowes and a short walk from the main car ferry at East Cowes. Regular services run to and from Southampton. The cottage is on the doorstep of the marinas in West Cowes and East Cowes. The building is Grade II listed and features include the original stained glass windows in the living room and bedroom and arched sash windows throughout.

Church Mews is adjacent to Cowes Harbour and all the bustle of yachting and water sports that continues throughout the year. West Cowes offers a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants not to mention the beaches. Both East and West Cowes offer fantastic views of the Solent. East Cowes is home to Osborne House; Queen Victoria's favourite residence. East Cowes is a relatively sleepy place, in contrast with West Cowes on the other side of the chain ferry. There are two small supermarkets in East Cowes that are open all week. There are a variety of cafe and fast food outlets and a self-service launderette. The chain ferry (free for pedestrians) will take you into West Cowes and a complete change of environment. There is no need to bring your car. There is a regular bus service to the resort town of Ryde and to the county town of Newport at the top of the river. From Newport you can travel anywhere on the Island by bus. Alternatively, just bring your bicycle and enjoy the ride.

Notes: There is a double sofa bed in the lounge if required. A toddler bed and toddler gate are available. All unused electrical sockets at child height are covered. There are no ornaments at child height. The sash window in the second bedroom has restricted opening. On the ground floor are the second bedroom, bathroom and toilet and the kitchen/diner. The first floor contains the master bedroom and lounge. There are stained glass windows in the lounge and master bedroom. The lounge window looks out onto the river and upper harbour. The building is grade II listed and forms a third of the award winning conversion of the East Cowes Congregational Chapel built in 1826. The kitchen diner has seating for 4 but the table is sized for 6. Chairs from the bedrooms can be added if required. There is a courtyard at the front of the building with allocated parking.
