They are located in a quiet area but only minutes away from the old town square with all its bars, including live music, cafes, restaurants. The complex offers total privacy, is security gated. Cascading pools including children's splash pool and landscaped gardens with supplied sun loungers. Underground secure parking. Air conditioning. 2 balconies. Lift access. The apartments offer both the romantic holiday or the active vacation with the beach (5 mins walk away) offering all water sports. Guests may use the restaurant and bar in the 5 star Cerro Mar Gardens hotel opposite. For a small local charge you can also make use of the heated indoor swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, bowling alley, sauna and Turkish bath.

The Algarve has over 100 miles of golden sandy beaches and the larger ones have lifeguard patrols starting in may. Most of the beaches have been awarded the blue flag of Europe. The beach restaurants serve excellent fresh food straight from the ocean. The bigger beaches have all water sports on offer.The Algarve is also know for its climate which is good for about 300 days a year with plenty of warm sunshine from early to late. Albufeira is known for its nightlife which is within easy reach of the apartment as the old town square is only moments away.The old town nightlife revolves around the main square with its quaint houses and restaurants of all international cuisine. The largest water park is called aqualand and is great fun for all the family of any age and supplied by free bus service.There are daily boat trips out of the new marina in albufeira for fishing, dolphin watching or just cruising along the coastline.

The apartment was lovely, very spacious and modern. The accomadation was close to the old town and the beach and their were lots of restaurants and bars. We were actually staying in the apartment the same time as kath and gywnn (the owners) next door who were very helpful during our stay. We were also able to use facilities at the other cerro mar propertys which was a bonus.We would be happy to recommend this property to a friend or relative.

Beautiful appartments, excellent location

The locaiton is excellent, only 5 minutes walk from the Old Square and local beach but so quiet you wouldn't know how close you were to it. It is also in walking distance to the local supermarket and allows you to enjoy a leisurely stroll into the newer part of Albufeira. The appartment was very clean and has all the facilities you would expect and more. The security of the appartment complex also makes you feel extremely safe and relaxed, allowing you to enjoy your holiday to its full potential. We enjoyed an excellent customer service from the owners who went out of their way to ensure our holiday was as enjoyable as possible. I would definitely return to this appartment again and would certainly recommend it to friends and family.
