Situated at “Villa Horizon', rue de la Croix, in a very nice and quite area, on the hill, 5 minutes walk from the center of Cannes and the well known ‘marché Forville’, 8 minutes walk from the ‘Palais des festivals’ and the beaches. In a very nice villa from 1900, 101 m² apartment high standing, entirely renovated in 2008, 1st floor, no lift, 3 expositions south/west/north, no vis à vis, 3.40 m height under ceiling. Balcony of 9 m² with beautiful view on the sea and the old Cannes. 4 to 5 persons can live in ,2 bedrooms, each with double bed (160x200) and queen size bed (180x200), 1 mezzanine with double bed (140x200), 1 sofabed in leaving area, 1 bathroom with shower/bath, 1 toilet with little window, fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine), TV (with international stations), WEB fast ADSL Wifi, Included : 'normal' cleaning before & after leaving, all charges (electricity, water...), Web fast ADSL Wifi, towels and bed sheets

Cannes is a small and very convenient city where everything can be done and found within few minutes walk ! Cannes is a small sunny paradise ! Our flat is situated in a very nice and quite area, on the hill, 5 minutes walk from the center of Cannes and the well known ‘Forville market’, 8 minutes walk from the ‘Palais des festivals’ and the beaches. As we are on the hill the permanent little breeze coming from the sea cleans and cools the air during all the year ! So we have all the advantages of being in the center of Cannes (going out, shops, luxus, glamour, atmosphere…) in an atmosphere with no pollution, no noise and no heat ! A real dream !
