leça da palmeira it´s known for the long beach and one of the most privilege area to live,the long avenues where you can go for walks along the beach or seat in the various promenade by the sea. you have a big choice of local restaurants ,bars and nightclubs.

Wonderful holiday

Me and the girls come to stay here for a week and relax. We had a great time, it's very near to Porto centre so we could do a bit of sightseeing. The 3 min walk to the beach with a stop in the cafe for the fresh custard cakes was a must every morning. The area is very quite and residencial, the beach is big and sandy and the weather was hot. Armanda made us feel very welcome, she was helpful and the house is quite luxurious with big rooms and confortable furniture and if you don't want to go out at all seating by the pool and read a book is just as nice. Overall we were pleasantly suprised with the standart of the house and had a wonderful holiday.
If we decide to comeback we'll defenetly stay here again.

Stylish villa in great location

This was the first time we had visited northern portugal and we were delighted with the whole experience. Leca is only 15 minutes drive from the airport and is a stylish new development with a couple of good restaurants, shops and bars. It is ideally located to visit Porto, the coast (which is fantastic, especially for families) and for driving inland to check out vineyard country.
Armanda was a fabulous host, and even met us at the airport to guide us to the villa. The villa itself is gorgeous with two fabulous double rooms suitable for adults and another that is much more suited to children. Everything in the house is high quality and luxurious which means you could equally stay at home and sit quietly by the pool. It is only 5 minutes walk from the sea front and in a quiet location.
My partner brought his parents along and it was ideal for them and meant they were more than happy to stay at home and enjoy the local coffee and pastries.
A lovely holdiay.
