The apartment is on the first floor (no elevator) and has a garage. It's a brand new apartment and is equipped with all commodities. It is located in a very quiet condominium with a small park nearby, ideal for pick nicks or to relax amongst the trees . Lots of room in all divisions and at one of the balconies you can enjoy the beautiful sea view and gorgeous sunsets. Any other needs will be given into consideration if requested.
