North Berwick is a highly regarded coastal town on the Firth of Forth. It has magnificent sandy beaches, excellent golf courses, horse riding,water sports facilities and benefits from a good range of local shopping. Woodend Cottage is an immaculate contemporary house. It occupies a superb position in a leafy, small cluster of houses on the western periphery of North Berwick. The house which has wheelchair access offers flexible accommodation arranged over ground and first floors. The ground floor accommodation has potential to provide a self-contained guest annex or independent flat with a bedroom, shower room and sitting room. The focal point of the ground floor is the kitchen/dining/family room which has views over the west facing garden and patio area, ideal for sitting out in the evening sun. The large drawing room is perfect for entertaining. On the first floor there are three further bedrooms (two with en suite shower rooms) one family bathroom.

There is easy access to the main A198 towards Edinburgh and the A 1. The railway station is a 10 minute walk for the 30 minute journey to one of the most beautiful capital cities in the world. Edinburgh being particularly vibrant during the month of August where the world famous Edinburgh Festival/Tattoo is hosted. All of these attractions make North Berwick an ideal destination for both golfing and sightseeing. East Lothian has something to offer all age groups.
