Pretty villa built in traditional Provencal style and sleeping 6 people. Set within same secure estate as the world renowned golf course of Pont Royal. The villa is in a beautiful location overlooking the Luberon mountains and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Provence. Le Hameau des Trois Collines is a new development within Pont Royal - tucked away at the far end of the Domaine - peaceful and quiet yet only a short stroll from the village square. Large 'wrap around' terrace and private garden stocked with lavender, rosemary and mature shrubs, with stunning views of the Luberon and barbeque for al fresco dining. Fields of soft lavender, rolling hills, deep gorges this region is France at its finest: spectacular countryside of vineyards and orchards; fascinating 'perched' hill-top villages; outstanding natural produce; and the light of Van Gogh and Cezanne. Pont Royal's origins date from the XIII century. The centre of the village complex in Pont Royal is a short stroll from the villa and has been beautifully designed around a church, in the style of an old Provencal village. The beautiful golf course was designed by Seve Ballesteros and has spectacular views of the Luberon - considered to be one of the top ten courses in France.

Notes: The ground floor of the villa is open plan with comfy seating for 6 people, we have provided a large selection of dvds, games for all the family, cds plus an ipod docking station. There is also a large box of duplo (lego) for younger members of the family. The kitchen is well equipped with a large number of utensils plus regional cookery books so you can make the most of all the locally available produce. The villa has a large 'wrap around' terrace so you can make the most of the sunshine at all times of the day. Outside table with comfortable padded seats plus sun lounger and parasol. Large gas barbeque for long lazy meals al fresco. The garden is stocked with lavender, rosemary and mature shrubs. Shared pool about 50m from frond door while larger infinity pool and small paddling pool are about 200m away - both pools have sun beds and wash room facilities. Underground garage available for your use and extra storage if needed.

Set in what feels like the heart of Southern France, with familiar places such as Avignon surrounding, this villa is beautifully located. It has the modern local facilities of golf courses, swimming pools, on site restaurants, farmers markets and plenty for the children to see, but only a breath away are villages and landscapes steeped in tradition and local beauty.
The villa is superbly furnished yet quickly feels like home as everything for adults and families has been thought of. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. The nearest swimming pool can be seen from the terrace whilst taking in glorious views of the mountains. There is an atmosphere of relaxation yet there are many wonderful excursions for the more active . Details of such, along with local amenities, restaurants and local guides have been amply supplied by the owner taking any stress out of having to plan for the day.
Communication with the owner was prompt, reliable and friendly.
I would recommend this property to friends with children or to couples who just want a perfect getaway setting.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la location qui correspond entièrement aux photos publiées et au descriptif donné, l'entretien de la location était impeccable, la vue de l'arrière de la maison est belle et bien dégagée, elle se trouve à proximité immédiate des piscines, ce qui est pratique avec des enfants. L'environnement est très soigné et la décoration intérieure jolie.
