The apartment comprises of two large double bedrooms (one with ensuite shower room), a comfortable living room with dining recess, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with electric shower over bath. There is a lovely garden to the rear of the property. The apartment offers everything to make your stay an enjoyable and comfortable experience whether it be for a few days or a few weeks.

The apartment is located in the highly sought after residential area of Blackhall. The city centre is only a 10 minute bus journey from the apartment and there are frequent and direct buses from just outside at all times of the day. If you prefer to walk then it would take approx 20minutes to reach the west end of Princes Street. There is a large retail park only 5 minutes walking distance away with a large supermarket and various other stores. Locally there is a general grocers, dry cleaners, post office and cafe. Both the train station and airport are easily accessible from the apartment. This apartment is ideal for families, tourists, couples and small groups who would like to be close to the centre but who would also like to enjoy the tranquility of being away from the hustle and bustle of city centre traffic and chaos.

We spend five days here and were sad to leave it!
The description of the flat is fairly accurate, the rooms are spacious and so comfy, you feel at home. The bathrooms are clean and neat, so is the kitchen (with a microwave, oven and all you need to cook.)
The dining room is wide enough for everyone -we were four -, and the sofa is just perfect, I could have fallen asleep on it.
The flat is just right near the bust stop - couldn't be closer - and 15 minutes by bus from the city centre. If you're coming back late at night, you can take a cab (about 7 pounds from the city centre.)
Everything went well with the owner and we were warmly welcomed.
Will definitely get back here next time we're in Edinburgh.
