This fantastic townhouse is located in a fantastic resort just 2 minutes walk from the beaches. The picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo is 5 minutes on foot from the house and if you play golf, the renowned Gramacho golf course is a mere 5 minute drive along the coast. There is a heated pool a few steps from the front door with a snack/lunch/tapas bar. There are several good restaurants and bars very close to the house, among the 5 or so right on the beach. The house is modern, nicely decorated with a modern kitchen, open plan layout, balcony with furniture for entertaining and a sun terrace at ground level where the sun stays all day.

This luxurious townhouse is a short stroll from the picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo. One of the few remaining unspoiled, working fishing villages in the Algarve. The property is a mere 2 minute walk from Praia Grande, a mile long stretch of golden sand, with restaurants and bars right on the beach. The house also overlooks Fort of São João do Arade, a beautiful castle like building dating back to the 16th century. There are plenty of golf courses in the area and if you look for more bars, dancing and late night fun - the small town of Carvoeiro is nearby. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the location is stellar!
